First... Get rid of everything that takes up much needed space, such as team builder and campus legend. I get what campus legend is for, but would you rather have a game with great graphics, game play, more in depth dynasty mode & a 8 team bcs playoff option... or campus legend? Choose your battles! Instead of having these "extras" in the game,have them as add-ons. That way if you don't want them, you don't have to have them but you can get them. Give us more customization. Keep the game basic with Exhibition, Season/Dynasty Modes etcetera. then if we want campus legend or team builder, let us get it as on add-on. This give you more room for making the game play and graphics the best they can be.

Also, stop adding new technologies unless ALL the glitches have already been fixed. There are enough glitches to fix as it is. Fix and improve on what you already have before adding in new technologies. Most the time, they aren't ready to be added.

My wish looks like this.

1) The option, in dynasty mode, to choose the standard BCS system or a BCS Playoff w/ 8 teams. The top 8 in the BCS standings are in the playoff. It's that simple.

2)Customization. Playbooks. I want to, and I'm sure many other people want this to as well, be able to pick and choose which formations are in OUR playbooks. Offensively, I want to be able to choose the formations I want to use in a game. Then Defensively, I want don't want to be stuck in the box that I'm given. In every NCAA game made, there are really no defensive options. A 4-3 playbook gives you a 4-4, a 5-2, 46 bear, nickel, dime, quarter. Well maybe I don't want the 4-4. Maybe I want a 3-4 instead. Or maybe I don't want the 46 bear but instead the standard 46. I want the option to choose which defenses I want for my team. Then let me choose the "sub-formations" that are in each of the bases. Maybe i just want Nickel and not the 3-3-5 and Strong sub-formations that are given to me. Customization is very very important. I want to feel like I'm basically the coach of the team, picking and choosing what I want offensively and defensively. Offensively, give us 20 formations slots, a few different options for Goal Line (since they're not all the same) then the automatic special teams. Let us choose the exact offense we want. Defensively, give us 13-15 slots to choose which specific formations we want, along with the automatic, goal line and special teams. LET US CHOOSE!

3)New Stadium, Stadium Improvements & Modifications in Dynasty mode. If I start with a team that has a small stadium and I start winning games, conference championships & national championships, my fan support is going to go up. If my team's stadium only holds 40,000, its going to need modifications for the larger fan base. There might even be the need for a NEW stadium! It could be set up to randomly add 20,000 seats or 10,000 seats with sky boxes. If I have a winning team, the boosters are gonna want to improve anything & everything that has to do with the football team. Also, maybe even let us choose what our stadium looks like. Just let us choose by giving us stadium options that are already in other stadiums and some new ideas as well. NO DOMES though. Also, let us choose the grass and the grass color. If Boise can have blue turf, why can't I have red turf or gray turf? again, customization. Give gamers the option to have what the want.

4)In-Depth Recruiting. The recruiting is very good already. The only thing I would suggest is some kind of system where if you get "Most", you get to see the specific ratings in any of 5 attributes. If you get "very high," you get 3, "high," you get 1. Something to where we have to chance to now exactly what we are getting with a certain player. Have this "attribute option" only be available for the first 3 weeks. we only get one chance to use it, so we better be smart about it.
There also use to be "blue chip" players. What if you brought that back but didn't tell us which players they were? All we know is that there are no fewer than 15 and no more than 21 "blue chips" scattered randomly in the top 150 players. Then when and IF we get a blue "blue chip" player, it only lets us know when they commit to a school. The other thing, since you use ESPN already... the the ESPN 150, instead of just top 100. That one is minor, but would be a nice touch.

5) Pre-game and Post game activities. I'll keep this short. I want to see players warming up pregame. And players shaking hands and celebrating during postgame. Maybe even throw in shots of players being interviewed. An the one MAIN MAIN thing... When a team has an upset... I want to see the fans storm the field. Or even in a close rivalry game. Look at Texas/Texas Tech in 2008. They were both ranked highly and when Tech won, the fans stormed the field.

6)The little things. Add the chains back on the sidelines. Fix the issues with the first down line. Sometimes the offense won't even be close to the first down and they give it to them. That has to do with the geometry in the game i'm guessing. so fix that. also, fix the challenge problems. sometimes i cant even challenge the spot of the ball because it tells me that i've already watched a replay or the play isn't reviewable. YES IT IS!

I just read someone's idea about the momentum meter. I've had this idea before as well. But I think it should be separate on each side of the ball. I 'd like to see some kind of "reward" momentum meter. The game starts out 50/50. Then if you get a first down maybe it goes to 52/48. Then the next play is a sack. It goes the other way. 48/52. Something like that. If you get a 3 and out on defense, you gain 2 points in the momentum meter. Same goes with offense. If you drive down the field and score a touchdown, you get 3 points, a field goal, 2 points. If you get stopped and have to punt, it stays 50/50. Just something along those lines. I always found it stupid when your defense would shut down a team the entire game, then all the sudden in the fourth quarter, they drive down the field and score like its nothing. There needs to be something that keeps track of that sort of thing.

Also, I'd like to see closer games with top 5 and top 10 teams when they play each other. If I'm number 10, playing a #1... rarely should I blow them out by 20 points or vice versa. Most games played by teams ranked close together should be within 14 points, some even within 7 and 3. I know that sometimes there are blowouts even with two top 10 teams, but for the most part, the games stay close enough that they could go either way.

I think that pretty much covers my main points. I understand that Campus Legend maybe something to keep in but not team builder. It's a waste of space because the majority of people don't use it. In closing... this is football. Keep it simple. Give me FOOTBALL! and everything that is in the college football atmosphere. Don't "WOW" me in one area and let me down HUGE time in another. Just satisfy me as a football fan first, then as a gamer and I think that will be enough. Great game play, graphics & realism. That's what I want in a game. There is a reason they say "keep it simple stupid."

"Below are a couple paragraphs from my monthly PR column in ABATE of PA's Between The Lines:

I'm always looking for 'niches' to tap for support. I attend many events through the year. It's amazing to see the diversity of motorcycle groups. These groups include touring, sport, and even owners groups connected by brand or model loyalty. There are even groups that are purely social. They're each somewhat specialized with their own issues and needs. When I talk with people in these groups, and discuss ABATE and our efforts in Harrisburg, they may not care about all of our lobbying efforts, but they all agree we're losing a lot of our freedom. That's when I jump on the opportunity to promote ABATE and Motorcyclists' Rights.

I bring this up because I see a new market for ABATE -- Scooters. Don't laugh! The price of gas is rising, and the knee-jerk reaction is look for alternative transportation. Scooter dealers across the country pull in significant sales each time the gas prices spike. According to the Motorcycle Industry Council, Scooter sales were up 64.5% over the previous quarter a year ago. Dealers are seeing more people stopping in to ask about fuel economy. So I have to wonder, would scooter riders have the same issues as you and me? Would they want to live with age restrictions on passengers? Would they want to park more than one scooter in a metered parking space? Would they want the right to decide whether or not to wear a helmet when they take a quick trip to a convenience store? And the BIG question, do they know about ABATE and our accomplishments? This scooter thing could get big, and along with it bring an increase in collisions. New, untrained riders could present us with challenges in Harrisburg and DC.

Just something to keep an eye on at the moment."

Soliciting scooter riders may be a bit of a reach for our grizzled old guard, but one thing is certain: It is time for all MROs to 'M'ake 'R'oom for 'O'thers if they expect to survive. To be fully effective, any organization purporting to defend motorcyclists' rights must include ALL motorcyclists in its political base: sportbike and cruiser, young and old, geezer and geek, male and female, black and white, asian and hispanic, left and right. As ABATE of Wyoming Vice President Russ Reddick sagely observed:

"With the rise in gas prices, Americans are not going to stop traveling. They will just find less expensive ways of getting around, pushing a lot of folks toward motorcycles, trikes and sidecars. My only hope is to try to bring some of these new riders into the motorcycle rights community. Especially the younger riders. I have seen a trend of being in a room filled with greybeards, and we lose more and more of these people. They're getting old and dying, or getting run over by idiots in cars. And with them we lose their years of experience and know-how. If no one steps up [or gets recruited] to fill their place, what is going to become of the Motorcycle Rights movement then?"

Food for thought. But for now...

Yoga is becoming a more popular means of obtaining exercise, flexibility, and relaxation. Although most yoga is done in a yoga studio which may be a stand alone studio or part of a full exercise gym, there are also some yoga DVDs on the market that are quite good and allow individuals to do their yoga in the comfort of their own homes and in theirown time. Whether the yoga is done in a studio or at home, there is always a need for a yoga mat, which can quickly be seen after a few minutes into the first class as hands and feet start to slide or the tail bone starts hurting in certain poses.

The purpose of a yoga mat is to prevent this slippage from happening, providing a slightly sticky and cushioned surface for the hands and feet. Usually yoga mats are not very thick, only about a half inch thick usually, so that the balancing can be done without interference of too thick a surface which makes it difficult to balance. Although they are not very thick, they do provide much needed padding from the hard surface of the floor so that the work that is done and held on the floor is more comfortable and does not cause bruising to certain tender parts of the body.

Choosing a Mat

Rubber yoga mats are the most common in stores today, being found even in stores that do not specialize in workout equipment. Most of these rubber yoga mats are made of synthetic materials which are not earth friendly, but do the job well, often coming with their own carrying bag or sling. They are also not very expensive so that people new to yoga do not have to make a large investment to get started, costing only about fifteen dollars for a mat and a strap.

For those that want to be more earth friendly but still like to use rubber yoga mats, there are mats that are made from all recycled materials. In addition, there are also rubber yoga mats that are made of natural rubber and do not have latex or other synthetic materials in them. These rubber yoga mats come in a variety of colors and designs to match most personalities, and often have matching yoga mat bags that either come with them or can be bought to match. For people who are concerned over bacteria buildup on the mats, there are also antimicrobial rubber yoga mats that help to prevent this situation and keep them cleaner and healthier to use.

As a person who wears glasses (the exact kind Danny wears, actually) it can be a bit of a pain. You are constantly pushing them back onto the bridge of your nose, you have to clean them, tighten the arms, make sure you don't sit on them (like I did) and keep taking them off to put sunglasses on. Contacts would be easier, but I would never wearthem. I don't put anything smaller than my finger in my eyes.And Carmine is near-sighted, like me. Some of these cotton yoga mats require that a thin rubber yoga mat is laid beneath it to prevent slippage. Others have their own non-slipping material built in so that all that is needed is the cotton yoga mat, which is filled with all natural cotton fibers and has a case that is also of all cotton material. These mats are usually easy to clean, being able to be placed in the wash to get out the sweat and bacteria that can accumulate on yoga mats. These cotton yoga mats usually start at around eighty dollars, depending on if they are made of all natural cotton fibers or not. There are also cotton yoga mat kits that include massage equipment as well and can run over two hundred dollars, which is quite the investment.

The purpose of a good yoga mat is two-fold, whether it is a rubber or cotton yoga mat: the yoga mat helps to hold the person's hands and feet in place while doing the various poses so that they do not have to readjust, and it also provides some cushion to the person's body so that the floor poses do not have to be done on a hard floor. Most yoga mats are not much more than a half inch thick since some of the yoga poses are balancing poses which are difficult to do on a highly padded surface.

Actually, I think I'd like to address your media plan more than the creative, b/c at first glance it makes me uneasy. Being in a major media market like Miami, the cost of airing on any strong radio station wouldn't seem efficient for a 1 location store. I suspect a few possibilities:

The radio station is not a strong performer, you'regetting 'good' rates, but where are you running and how many are really listening
The radio station is a medium strong performer, you're getting 'fair' rates, you aren't running in key areas that will drive traffic in your doors

Airing on one station, which I think that's what I picked up, is generally not a great use of cash, unless you 'own' the station. By that I mean, your spot is heard, many, many, many times each hour. This applies to Radio more so than TV since its just audio, radio is a frequency medium, listeners have to hear your spot multiple times before it registers and they react (come in to your store)

You are in a aesthetic, visual business; antiques, collectibles, etc...you cannot adequately convey the beauty, the elegance, the sophistication or style through radio. TV (broadcast or cable) may be a far more effective medium to explore in promoting your store. People watch TV all day long, where the radio has just a few key areas (drive time). You have a great benefit as you're targeting women, there are plenty of programs that have a high concentration of women in typically inexpensive areas (8a-5p) and weekends. TV stations generally can't give the programming away during this time regardless of the network affiliation (less Ophra, Dr Phil, Jeopardy and a few select others). You can negotiate great rates, and suggest doing an annual deal to maximize the benefit; and there is always one station in a market that has good creative/production staff...look to the CW's and MyNets first, they are all about developing new business. Remember, people watch programming, not stations, see if you can own 1 or 2 programs (min 2 spots per hr, every day) on as many stations as you can afford to buy...this will build frequency and reach. Try to use :15's vs :30's, proven similar in effectiveness at about 65% of the rate. Look for whopping deals in Jan, Jul, Aug and Dec (although Aug and Dec will be tough with Political spending in Fla this year)...running in the 1st two weeks of most any month throughout the year will get you same amount of viewers at about 70% of the cost, as typically less corporate advertisers running then.

Lastly, use a call to action which can track every stations effectiveness... I'm a Mobile Texting proponent when it comes to this area, but will leave out the shameless plug.

Forget radio, can just feel you're wasting your money.
